Stokes is a first basemen\/outfielder for Kansas Renegades 24\/25.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 2024 plays a big role at the dish for the Renegades. Stokes recently racked up a .583 batting average and a .615 OBP. She tallied 8 RBIs, 4 singles, a double, and two triples.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Softball Story \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I first started playing softball when younger i don\u2019t know something about it just really fascinated me and around like 8u really started to get into competitive around 10u and played for central elite. After central elite I moved to Kansas kryptonite and played with them up until 14u. Kansas kryptonite broke up and I moved to the outlaws played with them for about a year and eventually made the decision to play with the Kansas renegades my current team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite Softball memory-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My favorite softball memory has to be when I went to Iowa for nationals. My team had gotten a free day and we went to the lake there and had a whole bunch of fun was good team bonding we went geocaching and ended up stuck in so mud which was fun trying to get out off.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is your favorite softball player?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jayda Coleman<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you like to do outside of softball?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I like to spend time with family, watch tv and I like to wrestle. I like going to the lake and traveling.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are some of your current goals \u2013 both on and off the field?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of my current goals this year is to make it to state for wrestling and I want to work on my speed and agility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coaches Feedback-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us a bit about your athlete? As a player, person, etc. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kia is such a positive, focused personality. She has a great work ethic and energy level that is contagious! Mix all that with her smile and fun loving personality and you know why everyone loves being around her!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have a favorite memory or moment of this athlete?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My favorite memory\/moments are when I talk to her .. she listens, looks me in the eye, responds politely, always courteous!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League\u2019s Player of the Month.<\/p>\n<p>Following the announcement of each League\u2019s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month.
