Developing players into collegiate student-athletes, including my son-Keystone (OU baseball) and 2 daughters-Cierra (Tulsa softball) and Shianne ( OSU softball).

With a coaching career spanning 34 years, I have dedicated my time and expertise across various sports, including over 20 years in club soccer, more than 15 years in AAU basketball, over 9 years in travel baseball, and an impressive 26 years in travel softball. I am the proud founder and owner of the Oklahoma Exclusive Softball Organization, which I launched in 2009. As the head coach of the Exclusive 18U teams for 14 years, I’ve played a pivotal role in shaping the talents of many young athletes. Additionally, I’ve worn the hat of the lead college recruiting coordinator for the Exclusive Organization, where I’ve had the privilege to assist approximately 150 players in advancing to collegiate ranks. Beyond the realm of sports, I hold an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma. My academic pursuits led me to earn a Certified Public Accountant’s (CPA) certificate and designation while serving at Price Waterhouse, a renowned national public accounting firm. I’ve also ventured into the business world as the owner and president of Richland Resources Corporation since 1991. This small privately-held oil & gas exploration & production company has thrived under my leadership for 32 years. On the personal front, I share my life with my wonderful wife, Teresa. Together, we are blessed with three grown children: Keystone, Cierra, and Shianne. Our family circle has further expanded with the addition of our three beautiful granddaughters, Hunter, Cooper, and Lennie.
