Her offensive February stats include a .700 batting average, a .700 OBP, 2 singles, 2 doubles, 3 homeruns, and 6 RBIs while also pulling double duty as a part of the team’s pitching staff.

Kyleigh Croyle’s softball journey began with her biggest influence, her Dad, who signed her up for a recreational league in first grade. Continuing to play, she achieved success by making her little league all-star team in 4th grade, igniting her passion for the game. Since 5th grade, Kyleigh has been dedicated to club ball, eagerly anticipating out-of-state tournaments and the fierce competition they bring. Supported by her teammates, private coaches, and parents, Kyleigh’s love for softball has only grown stronger. Despite the countless hours of dedication, she remains grateful to God for blessing her with the opportunity to play the sport she loves.

A cherished softball memory for Kyleigh Croyle is playing on the softball Hall of Fame Field for the USA Softball All American 12U team. The experience of stepping onto such hallowed grounds filled her with a sense of pride and excitement, knowing that she was representing her country at such a prestigious venue. The memories created on that field will stay with Kyleigh forever, serving as a reminder of the hard work and dedication that led her to that moment.

Kyleigh’s favorite softball players are JJ Smith and Nicole May, but outside of softball, she finds joy in various activities. She enjoys baking and watching football, finding relaxation and pleasure in creating delicious treats while cheering on her favorite teams. Additionally, Kyleigh delights in shopping and cherishes moments spent with her friends, creating lasting memories and bonds beyond the softball field.

Kyleigh Croyle’s current goals include graduating high school and pursuing a business degree in college. With a passion for softball, she aspires to continue playing at the collegiate level, whether it be at the Division 1 level or in a junior college. Regardless of the level, Kyleigh’s primary goal is to keep playing the sport she loves. Beyond her athletic pursuits, she plans to attend cosmetology school with the aim of eventually opening her own hair salon. The Alliance Fastpitch commends Kyleigh Croyle on her well-deserved recognition as Player of the Month, acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the sport and her commitment to personal and athletic growth.

Kyleigh Croyle’s coach, James Randall, hails her as a powerhouse on the field, demonstrating exceptional game knowledge, precision, and determination, while also serving as a motivating force and positive role model for her teammates. Off the field, Kyleigh excels academically, showcasing dedication and discipline, and exhibits integrity, sportsmanship, and respect in all aspects of life. Her humility, willingness to help others, and active involvement in the community further underscore her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the realm of sports.

His favorite memory is a standout moment in his coaching career, witnessing Kyleigh launch her first over-the-fence home run during a Father’s Day game. The pride radiating from both Kyleigh and her father in that moment was palpable, marking a significant achievement for them both.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
