Avery Britt’s softball journey began with her introduction to the sport at the age of 5, igniting a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. Inspired by her father and aunt, both of whom played college softball at the D1 and D3 levels respectively, Avery found motivation and guidance in her family’s legacy within the sport. Her father, in particular, has played a significant role in her development, providing support and encouragement to help her reach her full potential on the field.

A cherished softball memory for Avery Britt is the exhilarating feeling of hitting a home run to win the game. Reflecting on her best memories in the sport, Avery holds a special appreciation for the moments of triumph on offense, where the thrill of delivering a game-winning hit stands out above all else.

Avery Britt’s favorite player is Sierra Romero, but outside of softball, she finds joy in various activities. Among her interests are running track, snow skiing, and traveling, all of which provide avenues for excitement and adventure beyond the softball field. Additionally, Avery values spending quality time with her friends, cherishing the moments of camaraderie and connection shared with those closest to her.

Avery Britt’s current goals are centered around personal and academic achievements, as well as her aspirations in softball. She aims to graduate from high school and pursue higher education at college, with the goal of continuing her softball career at the collegiate level. Alongside her athletic pursuits, Avery has a passion for art and desires to expand her skills by learning computer-aided design (CAD), reflecting her multifaceted interests and ambitions for the future. The Alliance Fastpitch commends Avery Britt on her well-deserved recognition as Player of the Month, acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the sport and her commitment to personal and athletic growth.

Coach Robin Stenerson characterizes Avery Britt as a dedicated team player who seamlessly adapted to new positions on the field, demonstrating both power and speed at the plate. Avery’s commitment to the team extends beyond the game, as she consistently displays high character and willingly goes the extra mile to ensure the team’s success.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
