Chloe Bailey Named NWFL Player of the Month for June

The Alliance Fastpitch proudly announces Chloe Bailey (2027) from the Northwest Fastpitch League (NWFL) as Player of the Month for her remarkable play in June 2024. Chloe Bailey, a versatile player for Southern Steal Jordan, excels in multiple positions—1B, 3B, P.

 Chloe Bailey’s softball journey begins with her mom, who played the sport and inspired Chloe to follow in her footsteps.

A cherished softball memory for Chloe is playing in the Little League World Series.

Chloe’s favorite player is Kelly Barnhill. Outside of softball, she enjoys working out and hanging out with her friends.

Chloe’s current goals are to play Division I softball and become a physical therapist or athletic trainer. The Alliance Fastpitch commends Chloe on her well-deserved recognition as Player of the Month, acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the sport and her commitment to personal and athletic growth.

Her coach, Kayla Jordan Davis, describes Chloe as a hard worker, leader, and true competitor on the field. Chloe continues to increase her velocity and spin rate in the circle, with the ability to throw to all four quadrants. She fields her position extremely well and usually plays first or third base when not pitching. Chloe generally hits in the middle of the lineup with a powerful swing. She had an amazing spring pitching for Niceville High School, compiling a record of 10 wins and 2 losses, while striking out 139 in 93 innings. She was recognized by NWF Daily News as 6A Pitcher of the Year. Her success continues this summer in the circle, compiling 49.2 innings, with an ERA of 1.128, BAA of .163, and 80 strikeouts. Chloe is a leader and a hard worker.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
