Coach Feedback
Tell us a bit about your athlete? As a player, person, etc.
Bailey has become one of the best middle infielders in the 2026 class. Bailey lives in Las Vegas and travels to So Cal almost every weekend to play for our Academy. She is very determined and wants to get better every time she steps on the field. Bailey is our table setter as leadoff, and is a very tough out. This fall she hit over .500 leading the team in Ave, Hits, Runs, and Stolen Bases.
Do you have a favorite memory or moment of this athlete?
As a coach, I am fortunate and love coaching athletes like Bailey. Bailey plays the game the right way and never takes a pitch off, I know what I am going to get from her every day. This season she has developed into a Team Leader based on her work ethic and results. She loves competition and demands the best from our other players. Bailey will definitely be a big part of our success in the next few year for our AM Academy.
What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?
The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.
Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month.
To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
