Taylor, MICHIGAN – College Bound Jocks (CBJ), a marketing company for athletes that specializes in athletic recruiting videos, has entered into a partnership with The Alliance Fastpitch to provide all Alliance members with exclusive access and discounts to recruiting videos and services.

Founded in 2020, the Alliance Fastpitch is a national organization unifying the sport of fastpitch softball with a player-first approach to adding value, purpose, recognition and top-level championship play. The Alliance was created to level the playing field for athletes and teams both on and off the field, including providing our members with the best resources to assist in their softball journey.

The mission of College Bound Jocks is to help athletes who aspire to play at the collegiate level by guiding them through the recruiting process and putting together memorable high-quality skills videos. Founder Brian Chidester, father of Olympic softball player Amanda Chidester has over 20 years of experience crafting softball recruiting videos. Video is now the #1 tool College Coaches use when evaluating athletes and CBJ has the knowledge and understanding of what college coaches are looking for.

“When we were introduced to Brian and College Bound Jocks, it was quickly noticeable that their recruiting videos were superior to anything else in the industry,” said Jami Lobpries Executive Director of the Alliance Fastpitch. “Brian has a passion for helping athletes and a special gift in creating videos that highlight athlete performance delivered in a way college coaches prefer. His years of experience in shooting professional marketing videos combined with his knowledge of the softball recruiting industry create a great service for our athletes.”

In the partnership with The Alliance Fastpitch, College Bound Jocks will provide educational resources and professional advice for Recruiting videos throughout the year. All Alliance members will receive exclusive discounts on skills videos through July 31, 2022.

“My daughter, Amanda, played for Team USA in this year’s Olympic Games by setting goals and achieving them, time after time. One of the goals I set for my company very early on was to associate CBJ with a national organization that shared my vision of putting athletes first,” said Brian Chidester Founder of College Bound Jocks. “The Alliance Fastpitch is, for me, that dream organization. Working together, we will deliver the recognition that quality athletes deserve.”
