Softball Story –

I was a couple weeks shy of my 3rd birthday when my parents signed me up for baseball. I fell in love with the game right away and continued to play baseball until coach pitch. At that time I made the switch to softball. I loved the fast paced speed of the game and the spirit of the girls in the dugouts.

Favorite Softball memory-

I have many fond memories that involve softball. However, competing in the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series and winning the National Championship this past summer would have to be my favorite! Being able to compete with and against some of the best players in the country was an amazing opportunity that I will always cherish.

Who is your favorite softball player?

Hands down my favorite softball player is Montana Fouts. She is an amazing athlete and role model! I love to watch her play and study how she controls the game with her movement and spins on the ball.

What do you like to do outside of softball?

Softball takes up a lot of my time. However, you can also find me representing my High School Basketball team. I enjoy competing in pretty much anything. I also enjoy reading a good book and running long distance.

What are some of your current goals – both on and off the field?

I have always had the goal of playing collegiate softball along with the dream of becoming an all American pitcher. I understand how important it is to maintain high grades in the classroom which will help me accomplish getting to play at the next level.

Coaches Feedback-

Tell us a bit about your athlete? As a player, person, etc.

Bella is a competitor. The moment never gets too big for her. On the mound she is able to keep her composure. The movement on her ball is unreal. Bella is tough, consistent, and an all around amazing teammate!

Do you have a favorite memory or moment of this athlete?

Bella is a special player that every coach wants to have on their roster.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program?

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
