What Is The PAC?
The Alliance Fastpitch was built on the foundation of putting the athlete at the forefront of what we do. We created the Player Advisory Committee so athletes have a voice and a seat at the table in the Alliance Fastpitch. The Player Advisory Committee serves as the national voice of Alliance athletes.
The Player Advisory Committee was started in the Spring of 2023 with a total of 17 members. These leaders set the foundation for the Player Advisory Committee and launched the first athlete-to-athlete live panel at the 2023 Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series in Fullerton, CA.
The Player Advisory Committee (PAC) provides the Alliance leadership with insight on the youth athlete experience. The PAC offers input on Alliance policies, rules, programming, and membership benefits that affect Alliance athletes’ lives on and off the field.
The PAC is represented by high school junior and senior female athletes from across the Alliance Fastpitch. Athletes come from different states and travel ball organizations. The only requirements for joining the PAC are the athletes must be an Alliance member for the respective season, the athletes must be a current junior or senior in High School, and the athletes must complete the application process.

How To Apply:
Coaches must first nominate an athlete. Nominees will be emailed an application. Coach nominations are due by October 15th.

Athlete applications will be due by November 1st. Nominees must complete the application to be considered. Applications will be reviewed by a committee in November and final PAC members will be announced in early December.
