Alliance Fastpitch Live & The Players Experience: Evolving the Tradition

Alliance Fastpitch Live has long been known as a signature event bringing together coaches from across the softball community for professional development, connection, and collaboration. Traditionally held as a standalone Coaches Summit featuring speakers from across the diamond sport industry, this year’s event has evolved to create an even bigger impact for athletes, coaches, and parents.

In 2025, Alliance Fastpitch Live will take place during the 10U/12U Super Cup Finals in Oklahoma City on Friday, May 30th at Reed Ballpark, and will be combined with our exciting Players Experience.

The Alliance Fastpitch Live Coaches Summit remains a free professional development opportunity exclusively for Alliance Member coaches. The morning includes coffee, networking, an Alliance leadership coaches panel, and breakout sessions led by some of the sport’s most trusted experts including Austin Wasserman (High Level Throwing), Bobby Tewksbary (Pelotero), Holly Pearce, and Tony Rico (The Range Pitching Academy). Sessions will focus on how to become a more impactful leader, better understand player development at all levels, create purposeful practices, and navigate the complexities of coaching youth athletes, including athlete growth, team dynamics, and parent expectations.

The Players Experience runs alongside the Coaches Summit, offering athletes and parents fun, interactive activities designed to build community and create lasting memories. From open sessions and skills competitions to leadership discussions and parent panels, the Players Experience delivers an all-access pass to celebrate the athlete journey at the Super Cup Finals.

Together, Alliance Fastpitch Live and the Players Experience offer a first-class, all-inclusive event that supports coaches, athletes, and families across every step of the game.
