The Alliance Fastpitch Announces New Partnership with SixFour3 to Elevate Athlete Development and Leadership
The Alliance Fastpitch is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with SixFour3, a premier softball-only training facility committed to athlete development, leadership, and community. This collaboration marks an exciting step forward in The Alliance’s mission to provide opportunities for holistic player growth on and off the field.
As the Presenting Partner of the Alliance’s Player Advisory Committee (PAC) and an Official Training Facility Partner, SixFour3 will play an integral role in empowering Alliance athletes across the country. Through a blend of elite training access, leadership development events, and exclusive membership benefits, this partnership enhances the Alliance athlete experience in powerful new ways.

Through this partnership, SixFour3 will host Player Advisory Committee events throughout the year, creating space for athletes to connect, build leadership skills, and strengthen their voices within the game. Additionally, SixFour3 will help the Alliance create athlete-centered educational events at the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS). The last two years, the PAC has organized and led empowering panels and an athlete-only dinner. SixFour3 will help the Alliance expand those initiatives to all age divisions during the AFCS in Indiana starting this summer.
SixFour3’s mission is to remove barriers by offering an affordable, anytime access model that meets athletes where they are—regardless of age, experience, or skill level. Their commitment to supporting and growing the game at every level aligns perfectly with The Alliance, from the elite competition of the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS) to the developmental focus of the Alliance Fastpitch Futures League (AFFL), which serves recreational players ages 6 to 12.

Many of their trainers have successfully transitioned from on-field roles into corporate leadership and franchise ownership. Most recently, SixFour3 launched a new franchise facility in Richmond, VA, in partnership with WCWS star and AUSL pitcher Odicci Alexander—a collaboration that serves as a blueprint for empowering young women to pursue meaningful career paths in the sport they love. Together, The Alliance and SixFour3 aim to expand opportunities for youth, college, professional, and retired fastpitch players.
