I’ve got plenty of them, but right now I grew up around Kinsey Fiedler with our travel ball organization. She held everyone accountable and always cracked us up.

I felt comfortable instantly while on my first visit to Mizzou. Immediately, I connected with a few girls, which was amazing. The coaches and the rest of the athletic staff were great also. We attended a home football game and the energy was electric. I love a culture where people are supportive of one another and I just felt a sense of belonging.
My hitting coach because he taught that the game was more than just hitting.

Of course, I want to be a part of a team that competes at the highest level and I would love to break a record or two but honestly, I would love for my legacy to begin and end with my mental toughness in softball. I didn’t always have it so it’s something that I’m incredibly proud of and I wouldn’t be the player I am today without developing a positive mindset through the hard times.
A few years ago, I went through a slump, and it was brutal for quite some time but it was honestly the best thing for me because it changed me for the better as a player and as a person. I know now that I’m going to fail often in this game and that doesn’t define me, but my mental toughness was built upon each time I failed. I’ve learned so much more from my failures rather than my successes, on and off the field. Now I trust myself and I’ve become more confident so if I don’t do well, I know it’s only temporary.
