The Alliance Fastpitch highlights Mylee Sebbo (2025) from the RMFL as May’s National Player of the Month, recognizing her elite-level performance and steady gameplay as a third baseman and shortstop for Colorado Softball Academy United – Frost 18U.

Sebbo put up video game numbers at the plate, finishing the month with a .621 batting average and a .633 on-base percentage. Across 29 at-bats, she collected 9 singles, 3 doubles, 4 triples, and 2 home runs, driving in 16 RBIs and striking out only once. Her balance of power, consistency, and discipline made her one of the toughest outs in the Alliance Fastpitch Nation.

Sebbo’s softball journey began at just four years old, where she fell in love with the game while playing in the dirt during t-ball practices. By the time she joined an 8U team, she knew softball was the sport she was meant to play. From then on, the field became a place of growth and belonging. Mylee credits her dad as her greatest inspiration. He has fueled her passion for the game with unconditional support.

Beyond the stats, Sebbo’s favorite part of softball is the relationships it creates. She finds joy in making new friends and building a second family through the sport. One of her most treasured memories is from her time in 16U, when her team went on an unforgettable run, winning five straight tournaments, a stretch that still stands out as a defining moment in her young career.

A fan of Jay Heavener, Sebbo admires the way she plays the game with confidence and grit. Outside the lines, she enjoys swimming and supporting other teams at sporting events, staying connected to competition and community. Her personal goals are rooted in self-growth: to be the best version of herself, to bounce back from mistakes, and to constantly improve, not just as an athlete, but as a person.

As she continues her journey with Colorado Softball Academy United, Sebbo is focused on pushing her limits and leading by example. Her April performance is a testament to her hard work, love for the game, and the support system that’s helped shape her.

Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month.
