LSU’s campus was unlike any other. From college football game nights in Death Valley to spending 1 on 1 time with the coaches and players. The softball team is so family oriented. The coaches really took time to get to know me as a person, not only a softball player.

Rachel Garcia because she is considered a “shorter pitcher”, like me, and is a fearless competitor. I try to model her because she is a leader and one of the best pitchers to come out of college softball. She doesn’t let what other say or do get her, she is mentally tough and that’s how I want to play. Rachel Garcia truly models how it looks to be an elite softball player.

That I always competed and gave it everything I had every single time I stepped on the field, wether it was practicing or playing a game.

My first pitching coach was Brittany Mack (former LSU softball player) and I went to her probably for 3 years (from 10 years told to 13). After that, she moved to Austin to start a next job so I was without a pitching coach. Since then my dad has listened to people at camps we have went to and other pitchers to try to help me. He has been my pitching coach ever since, and if you ask me he has done a pretty good job! I love you dad!!!!
