Frank Dobie High School in Houston, Texas … Hit .417 with 35 hits freshman year, .539 with 48 hits sophomore season, .651 with 56 hits junior year and .570 with 57 hits her senior campaign … Her .651 batting average junior year broke the J. Frank Dobie High School single-season record … Four-time 22-6A First Team selection, two-time TSWA All-State Honorable Mention honoree and was named District MVP senior season … Four-year letterwinner in volleyball and named 22-6A First Team senior year … Also competed in track senior season.
