I loved the school, the coaches, and the environment Ohio State develops.

Ever since I was little my parents told me to never model my game after one person. Instead they insisted that I watch everyone and assess which parts of their game I liked and didn’t like, then take those pieces from each player and integrate them into my own game. So for that reason I don’t have one player specifically that I modeled my game after.

My dad was in the band and my mom was a high school cheerleader, neither of them are athletic in any way, shape, or form, yet they have 4 very athletic children. My sister, Lorelei plays volleyball competitively and my two younger sisters Stella and Olivia ride horses. Where we get this athleticism, I have no idea but its pretty great.

I want to be remembered as not only a good player but a great teammate because in the end the memories that I build with the people I play with will be the ones I remember in the next 20 years. So I hope to leave behind a legacy that reminds people that softball is just a game but the memories we build while playing it last forever.
