I chose UCLA because they are very family oriented. The coaches and players were very welcoming. I also will have the opportunity to represent where I’m from and be an impact on the community.

My mom played volleyball growing up and my dad played baseball/football growing up. My little brother plays 9u travel baseball and dreams of becoming an MLB player.

Inspiring future generations, emphasizing team spirit and hard work, and being able to share the values and experiences that have shaped me.

I played baseball from the age of 4-11 with all boys. At one point when I was 11 I was playing both baseball and softball. I would rotate weekends to be able to play both. Then, at 12 I officially had transitioned over to softball and didn’t like the idea at all. I was so nervous to be playing with all girls because it wasn’t something I was used to. However looking back at it now, it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
