Tier 1 Roster Policies and Procedures for Teams

1. Submit roster to your league prior to qualifying event
2. If your team earns and accepts a Tier 1 AFCS berth, ALL players on your submitted roster must be registered individually with the Alliance Fastpitch, on your team. These players will be locked to your team. This is your Championship Roster
3. A picture must be uploaded to your Alliance roster for each player to be compete
4. Picture must be front facing, shoulders and above, with unobstructed view of face( similar to framing of ID or passport photo)
5. You may add up to 3 players from teams that have not qualified for Tier 1 AFCS, through July 18th.
6. No roster changes are permitted after July 18th
7. Teams are required to present an official printed copy of their Alliance Roster on-site at Check-In for the AFCS
8. Proof of ID and Age are required for all players on-site at Check-In. Accepted forms are 1) USA Softball ID Card 2) State Issued ID 3) Birth Certificate
9. No college eligible players allowed on roster.
10. If non-rostered or ineligible players are discovered after AFCS play has begun, the team will be disqualified from the event and forfeit their previous game (if won) and subsequent game upon discovery and ruling
11. Final ruling will be made by Alliance home office and League Commissioner of suspected team
