The coaches and players treated me like family from my first visit and the actually college itself felt like home instantly.

I really admire Jordi Bahl’s mindset in the circle. She had an attack and compete attitude and I admire that about her. I also look up to NiJaree Canady because of her consistency. Every pitch is competitive and all of her spins and off speed are effective all of the time and that is something I aspire to do.

I want to be remembered as the most hard working and competitive pitcher in the game. I want people to know that I’ll do whatever it takes for my team to be successful and that I am reliable no matter what. I want to be one of the greats.

Last summer I had an arm injury that kept me from playing for 4 months. I missed out on my summer season and didn’t start pitching again until last August. It was really hard to see my team play without me and I was worried that ai would be really far behind when ai came back. I had to revamp I was pitching so I wouldn’t get hurt again and I was in the gym constantly to make sure my body was strong enough to keep me healthy. I was back in time for the fall season but it was a struggle because I was getting back into the swing of things while everybody else had been playing all summer. It really taught me to not give up and when things get in your way you just have to work harder than you were before to get where you want to be.
