National Team Delivers 3-0 Shutout in Sixth Annual Alliance All-Star Game Presented by EvoShield

The sixth annual Alliance All-Star Game presented by EvoShield delivered a marquee matchup Sunday night at Kokomo High School Stadium, where the Alliance National Team turned in a dominant 3-0 victory over the Alliance American Team in a game aired live on ESPN+.

Featuring the top senior athletes from across Alliance Fastpitch, the event once again showcased the elite talent, competitive depth, and bright future of the game on one of the biggest stages of the summer.

The story of the night was the National Team’s command in the circle. In a true pitching clinic, the National staff held the American Team to just three hits and no runs, controlling the pace from the first pitch to the final out. The National Team finished the game with three runs on six hits and one error, while the American Team recorded no runs, three hits, and two errors.

Leading the way was Keegan Baker, right-handed pitcher for Oklahoma Athletics National Madden/Brown and a University of Oklahoma commit, who earned Goody Holds Strong Player of the Game honors. Baker got the start, later returned in relief, and kept hitters off balance all game long. Her changeup stood out as a difference-maker, generating swings and misses and plenty of chase out of the zone as she finished with five strikeouts.

Offensively, the Wilson Play of the Game went to Peyton Valentine for a standout double that helped fuel one of the National Team’s key moments.

The Alliance All-Star Game continues to be one of the signature events of the Alliance Fastpitch summer, bringing together standout athletes from all nine Alliance Member Leagues for a celebration of achievement, competition, and the next step in their softball journeys.

The momentum in Kokomo continues tomorrow as the 16U/18U Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series begins with regional play.

Champions were also crowned Sunday in the 10U division:

• 10U Tier I Champion: Corona Angels Smith Tyson, who defeated Gametime X5 Gold, 4-2
• 10U Tier II Champion: Indiana Gators Premier 2033 Frank/Lloyd, who defeated Aces Fastpitch, 4-2

With the All-Star Game complete and more championships still to come, the stage is set for another exciting week of Alliance Fastpitch competition.
