OPEN YOUTH SOFTBALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Alliance Fastpitch Open Nationals (AFON) is a no berth required national championship event in youth softball dedicated to providing an exceptional player experience. Alliance membership for teams, athletes and coaches is required to participate. AFON is held annually in East and West locations.
Open Nationals Chatt, hosted by Connect Sports, takes place in Chattanooga, TN and features competition from the 14U, 16U, and 18U age divisions. Open Nationals West, hosted by Triple Crown Sports So Cal, is held in Southern California and includes competition from the 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U age divisions.
ALLIANCE FASTPITCH OPEN NATIONAL EVENT FORMAT
Each year there are two Open Nationals locations to choose from - an Eastern location and a Western location. Both National Championship tournaments hold a five (5) game guarantee, with seeded pool play turning into a double elimination bracket play.
Teams advancing to the Final Four will receive Top 4 or Final 4 hats and have the opportunity to sign bracket boards.
Each event offers their own Players Experience, similar to the AFCS, making the pre-tournament festivities* special, including:

- Individual & Team Skills Challenges & Competitions
- Pops & Pin Trading
- Home Run Derby
- Local & National Vendors

COLLEGE CAMPS
AFON College Camps give players the chance to work with specific coaches in a small group camp setting. Current college coaching staffs will teach their philosophies, allowing the coaches to get familiar with individual players. Camps are open to all athletes; limited only by age and number of athletes that camp can hold.
