Janae Jefferson is one of my models when it comes to speed and slapping. Janae Jefferson is a dominant lead off hitter who does anything in her power to get on base. Whether it be a bunt, soft slap, or stationary. When she is on offense, she has the natural ability of intimidating the offense due to her versatility and speed.

My older sister Lauryn Carter, plays softball at UCLA and I can not wait to compete against her, hopefully for a national championship.

I want people to remember me by not only my speed and high softball IQ on the bases, but my leadership skills and my ability to be able to actively redeem myself when I make a mistake.
