I chose OU because as soon as I stepped on campus I felt a such a warm welcoming feeling just as I do when I’m home. I love the blue collar work ethic that Coach Gasso instill in her players. The energy and environment is so competitive and I can’t wait to play for them this year.

My mom (Kara Brun-Garcia) played college softball at Arizona State University, my dad (James Garcia) wrestled in high school , and my younger sister (Juliana Garcia) wrestles and throws for track and field

For my legacy to be a great teammate, someone who never gives up, hard worker,

I will never forget growing up at the ballpark, watching my mom coach all her former players. I remember how much I began to fall in love with this amazing sport. When I finally reach age 8 my mom finally decided to coach me and my first club team. I’ll never forget those long days at the ballpark they all will always hold a special place in my heart.
