The Alliance Fastpitch proudly announces Addison Cole from the HFL as Player of the Month for her remarkable play in March 2025. Addison, a versatile player for KC Bombers Gold – Atkins, excels in multiple positions—1B, P. Her March stats include 14 innings pitched, she had 22 strikeouts and a 0.5 ERA. 

Addison Cole’s softball journey begins at the age of eight when she joins a local rec ball team. What starts as a new activity quickly grows into a passion, fueled by the lifelong friendships she forms and the unforgettable memories created with her teammates. For Addison, softball is more than just competition—it’s a community and a source of joy. 

One of her most cherished moments comes during her freshman year when she earns her first varsity win in the circle. That victory marks a major milestone in her growth as a player and confirms that her hard work is paying off. 

Addison looks up to Paige Parker as her favorite player, inspired by her composure and dominance in the circle. Off the field, she enjoys relaxing with friends, shopping, and watching TV—finding balance between the intensity of the game and the fun of everyday life. 

Addison’s current goals include finishing the spring semester with strong grades and reaching 150 strikeouts during the summer season. What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program? 

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, registered Alliance Fastpitch coaches can nominate a player from their age division. League Leadership will review nominations and a monthly stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL) to determine the League’s Player of the Month. 

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
