Alliance Fastpitch and Diamond Legacy Events Announce New Partnership to Launch Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Series

New national tournament series creates a premier championship pathway for 10U through 13U teams across the country.

Alliance Fastpitch is excited to announce a new partnership with Diamond Legacy Events, led by nationally respected event operator Chad Stears, to launch the Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Series Powered by Alliance Fastpitch—a premier national tournament series designed exclusively for the 10U, 11U, 12U and 13U age divisions.

The new series brings together two organizations committed to elevating the youth softball experience by combining elite competition, meaningful championship opportunities, and memorable event experiences for athletes, coaches, and families.

The Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Series will feature four national qualifying tournament Opportunities for each of the 4 age divisions in the 2027 season. Those qualifying tournaments will be hosted across the country, culminating in the inaugural Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Finals in Bentonville, Arkansas, during the week of July 4. Teams will compete for the opportunity to earn one of just 32 championship berths per age division, creating one of the most competitive and exclusive championship events for younger athletes.

As part of the partnership, Alliance Fastpitch will support the series through national promotion, member engagement, competitive resources, and expanded championship opportunities. Alliance member teams will also have an additional pathway to qualify for the Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Finals through the Alliance Rating Point system along with Diamond Legacy regional events.

Championship Qualification

Teams may qualify for the Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Finals by:

• Earning a berth at one of the four Diamond Legacy Champions Cup Qualifiers.
• Receiving an At-Large berth through the Alliance Fastpitch Rating Point system.
• Earning at At-Large berth through Diamond Legacy Regional Events
