Cat Osterman to lead Stars of Tomorrow Series for the Alliance Fastpitch.

The Alliance Fastpitch is excited to announce Cat Osterman as our new Camp Director for the Stars of Tomorrow Series. The three-time Olympian, four-time All American and inaugural Athletes Unlimited Champion will lead the Stars of Tomorrow Player ID Camps hosted throughout the year. Additionally, Cat will help lead the culminating Stars of Tomorrow Games hosted in partnership with Athletes Unlimited.

‘I’m extremely honored to be leading the Stars of Tomorrow for the Alliance,” said Osterman. “I believe it’s a different but competitive and entertaining twist on an All Star event. This is an event I would have loved to be a part of in my youth career. I look forward to making it the best event young softball athletes compete in!’

The Stars of Tomorrow Series launched in the 2023 season. This individual program is designed to help high school athletes collect valuable data and feedback to use in their own development and recruiting. All athletes receive a written scouting report, Analyzr Report with all of their data, and training programs from our partners S2 Cognition and Vizual Edge based on your data.

Additionally, the camps are used as an identifier to recognize the top 60 athletes in each class and put those athletes on the same field at an end of the year experience.

The Alliance Fastpitch hosted eight camps in 2023 at various college campuses including Texas A&M, University of Oklahoma, and Long Beach City College. The inaugural Stars of Tomorrow Games was hosted last August in Rosemont, IL. Over 150 athletes attended the four day experience hosted with Athletes Unlimited. Athletes got to interact with Athletes Unlimited professional players including a team practice hosted by the pros!

Athletes were split into four teams per grad class and used the AU Scoring System which calculated individual leaderboards for each class. At the end, we crowned individual Champions, top point earners, Offensive MVPs, and Defensive MVPs in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 class.

Brooke Wells (Team 3n2) from the Texas Glory organization was the 2024 Champion, Samantha Hayes (Team Demarini) from the Impact Gold organization was the 2025 Champion, and Jocelyn Gonzalez (Team Demarini) from the Corona Angels organization was the 2026 Champion. The 2024 Stars of Tomorrow Series kicked off on November 3rd with a camp hosted at Texas A&M University. The camp sold out with 75 campers from the 2025, 2026 and 2027 classes. Next up, the Stars of Tomorrow Series will head to Orlando, FL in January.
