Watch List Selection Process

The journey to the All-Star Game begins with the Watch List, created through a collaborative national process. All high school seniors, regardless of team affiliation or Alliance membership, were eligible for nomination and review.

The Watch List serves as a talent pool for further selection. Later this spring, the national selection committee will identify League All-Star Teams for each of the nine Member Leagues. Athletes must be registered with Alliance Fastpitch to be eligible for these teams. League All-Star rosters will be announced in Spring 2026.

Alliance All-Star Game:

The final Alliance All-Star Team will be announced in June 2026, naming the top seniors in the country to the prestigious Alliance American and Alliance National teams. These athletes will compete in a 7-inning exhibition game the evening before AFCS competition begins, in front of AFCS participants, college coaches, fans, and national media.

The All-Star Game is the marquee senior showcase of the Alliance Fastpitch calendar, aligned strategically with the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS) to maximize visibility and exposure.
