Noelle Ionadi Named Alliance Fastpitch National Player of the Month for September

The Alliance Fastpitch proudly announces Noelle Ionadi (2029) from the NEFL as National Player of the Month for her remarkable play in September 2025. Noelle, a versatile player for Team Pennsylvania McKee, excels in multiple positions—outfield, second base, and shortstop. Her September stats include a .800 batting average, 1.733 OPS, and .933 slugging percentage.

Noelle’s softball journey began at age six, after deciding to move on from dance. At first, it was something she enjoyed doing with her friends for fun, but as they moved on, she realized she wanted to take the game more seriously. Although her dad was a basketball player, having been a collegiate athlete, they have grown close through sharing experiences in both competition and academics. A cherished softball memory for Noelle is taking a trip to Boston College, walking through the campus and facilities, and learning from her mentor, a Pine-Richland High School graduate who continued her softball career at BC.

Noelle’s favorite player is Audrey Vandagriff, admired for being a triple threat at the plate, a hard worker, and a great teammate. Outside of softball, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies with her family, going to youth group with friends, and visiting the beach, especially Hilton Head.

Noelle’s current goals on the field are to continue improving her slap placement and versatility at the plate, enhance her overhand velocity, and increase her speed on the bases. Off the field, she challenges herself academically by taking a full course load of honors classes while also exploring subjects outside her comfort zone, such as art.

The Alliance Fastpitch commends Noelle on her well-deserved recognition as Player of the Month, acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the sport and her commitment to personal and athletic growth.

What is the Alliance Fastpitch Player Recognition Program? 

The Player Recognition Program was built to recognize and spotlight our individual players in each Member League. Each month, League Leadership receives and reviews a detailed stats report from AthletesGoLive (AGL). Based on this report, the committee selects League Players of the Month.

Following the announcement of each League’s Players of the Month, the Alliance Fastpitch will recognize a National Player of the Month. To be considered for Player of the Month, your team must score League games in AGL so your stats will be included in the League’s monthly report.
