Allison Heisler named Alliance Fastpitch National Pitcher of the Month of October
The Alliance Fastpitch proudly recognizes Allison Heisler (2027) of the NEFL as the Alliance National Pitcher of the Month for her dominant performance in October 2025. Competing for Impact Caymol McMullen, Heisler delivers in the circle with 22.1 innings pitched, 15 strikeouts, and a stellar 0.31 ERA, while also contributing offensively with seven hits, including four singles, two doubles, and one home run, driving in four RBIs with a 1.119 OPS.
Heisler’s softball journey begins with her passion for the game and the drive to constantly improve her skills. The 2027 began playing softball at the age of five and started pitching by the time she was nine. That same year, her family became avid fans of college softball, which quickly became a source of inspiration. Watching high-level competition fueled her passion and motivated her to train, practice, and compete with the goal of playing at the collegiate level. Her dedication paid off, as she is now verbally committed to continue her softball career at the Division I level with St. Bonaventure University.
A cherished softball memory for Allison is sharing big moments with her teammates in meaningful games. One of Heisler’s favorite softball memories dates back to her 8U machine pitch travel team, when they competed in a 10U tournament. After a quick three-week crash course in pitching, Heisler stepped into the circle for the first time in a competitive setting. That experience sparked her love for both the sport and the thrill of competition. With early success on the mound, she helped lead her team all the way to the championship game — a moment that solidified her passion for softball.
Her favorite softball player is her younger sister, Elaina. Like Allison, Elaina is also a pitcher, and the two have spent countless hours practicing together. Over the years, Allison has played an active role in coaching and supporting Elaina’s development, and she finds joy in watching her sister grow as both an athlete and a competitor.
Outside of softball, Allison enjoys staying active by working out, reading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. She also gives back to her school community as a volunteer tutor and participates in both Math Club and Empower Club.
Allison’s current softball goal is to continue building her skills and strength as she prepares to compete at the collegiate level. Off the field, she plans to major in biochemistry with aspirations of becoming either a pharmacist or a radiologist.
